russian visa invitation and support.....
In order to enter Russia, all foreign visitors are required to obtain a Russian visa. You can get your visa by applying directly to a Russian Consulate. You will need (as part of this process) a 'visa support document' (otherwise known as a letter of invitation). This must be supplied from a licensed travel organisation in Russia.
There is an array of different types of visa' available for the purposes of travelling to Russia. But for the purposes of KEEPING THINGS SIMPLE we will explain about the two most common, (Tourist visa and Business visa) and these are the ones we offer the support documents for.
Please note ....At Happy Couple Match, we can provide supporting documents for all citizens applying for a visa in their home country. If you live outside of the EU then please contact us first using the contact us form at the bottom of this page.

When you apply for this visa support document from Happy Couple you will be sure that it is genuine and that you will be sure that you have all the support and back up you will need during the process of application and when you are in Russia itself.

Additional information.....
visa registration.....
Remember, when you are in Russia you are required to register your visa, if you intend to stay for more than 3 working days.
There will be a cost for registering your visa with the authorities in St Petersburg and are detailed below.
Dont forget that we will help you completely with this process when you arrive in St. Petersburg. You will need to contact us on your arrival and arrange to bring your documents to us within 3 days. Currently this will be:
-
Your passport
-
Your landing card (you will be given one of these on the flight over or at the border)
-
A photocopy of your passport (picture page), your landing card and your visa. This will be done at our office in St. Petersburg.
-
Your registration fee. These are:
-
Tourist visa: 1,500 rubles (approx €35.00 euros)
-
Buisness visa: 1,500 rubles (approx €35.00 euros) for your first visit and then 400 rubles (approx €10.00 euros) for all subsequent visits.
We will then complete all the neccessary forms with you and submit them to the local UFMS.
You will then be required to return to our office to collect your documents and your registration.
The day before you leave Russia, you will need to bring the 'tear off strip' to our office so that we may return it to the UFMS for you to 'de-register' your stay.
Each time you enter Russia, you need to register.
What will happen if I don't register my visa when I am in Russia?
Please remember that your Russian visa is an exit as well as entry visa. If you don't register then technically it could lead to serious problems with the authorities including fines and detention. In practice though, more often than not, if you have not registered your visa within the time required by Russian law you will be exposing yourself to "fines" by the local militia or other officials who may stop and check your passport. But it has to said that this doesnt happen often. We will be there to make sure that your registartion process is carried out correctly.
