Who is providing transfer/driving?
You are welcome to choose from a selection of our cars. All our drivers have been working for a long time for our company. They are very experienced and all speak some English!
*From 10:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., there is extra charge of 30% for work in night time
What's included?
● Parking charges at the airports.
● The first hour of waiting.
● Our driver will wait for you for no longer than 1 hour, or if you require a stop somewhere on the way for no longer than 15 minutes.
When to pay for your transfer?
You are welcome to pay the required service at least 10 days in advance. Contact us for payment methods
Payment is non-refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification, 24 hours after your payment is processed.
Prepayment is standard industry practice for travel services
Prepayment is also more convenient for our customers, helping them to avoid the problems of having to change money at airports, receive change in unwanted foreign currency or wait for credit card approval.
How to find your driver?
Unless you specifically request otherwise on your transfer order form (use the "comments" section), your driver will be waiting for you with a greeting board bearing your name in the following places:
For airports: At the exit from customs in the arrivals hall.
For stations: At the end of the platform where your train is due to arrive.
For hotels: In the lobby of your hotel.
For all other locations: As near as possible to the front entrance of the address you have given.
Other useful information
◊ In case your flight is delayed
For airport transfers, your driver will check the estimated arrival time of your flight and will always wait for up to 45 minutes if your flight is delayed. For longer delays, our company will do our best to transfer you, but there is no guarantee that you will be transferred.
◊ How to contact your driver
When you receive your transfer confirmation, you will also be sent a local contact number of the driver or you may always call our office.
◊ How to change transfer order
If you wish to change the details of your transfer order, you can do so by contacting our office in St.Petersburg by phone or mail up to 48 hours before the agreed time of your transfer. Subject to availability, we will do everything we can to alter arrangements for you.
◊ Tips for driving
Tipping drivers is entirely at the discretion of the passenger.
